Location: Lower Parel Mumbai, India Experience: 6+ years in E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces Reporting To: Co Founder & Chief Marketing Officer Team Size Handling: 5–8 team members⸻About the RoleWe are looking for a high-performing E-Commerce Lead to drive growth across key online channels including marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tira) and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto). You will be responsible for revenue, visibility, profitability, and relationships across e-com partners.Beauty industry experience and strong marketplace relationships are a major advantage.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Strategy & Growth • Own revenue targets and growth strategy across all e-commerce and quick-commerce channels • Lead marketplace JBP planning, visibility calendars, and event sales strategy (e.g., BBD, Pink Friday, EORS) • Ideate & execute new launches, merchandising, and catalog optimizationBusiness Operations & Performance • Manage daily business performance: pricing, discounting, availability, and logistics • Define and improve key KPIs: CTR, CVR, ROAS, fill rates, return rates, DOH, margin hygiene • Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning with Supply Chain teams to ensure 95%+ availabilityPartner Management • Maintain and expand strong working relationships with category teams at Amazon/ Nykaa/ Myntra/ Tira/ Blinkit/ Zepto • Negotiate visibility support, contribution margins, onsite merchandising, co-op spendsMarketing & Content • Drive platform-specific campaigns, influencer activations using the brand tea, AMS/NAMS offsite spend optimization • Partner with brand & performance teams for creative/ content alignment with retail prioritiesTeam Leadership • Manage & upskill a team of e-commerce managers/ executives; build a performance-driven culture • Ensure timely reporting, data insights, and decision-making frameworks⸻Desired Skills & Competencies • Proven track record of scaling revenue on Nykaa (Beauty category experience strongly preferred) + Amazon + Quick commerce as well • Strong command over marketplace dashboards & tools (Vendor/ Seller Central, SCP, AMG, NAMS etc.) • Data-driven mindset with analytical tools knowledge (Excel/Sheets, Power BI/Tableau preferred) • Understanding of digital commerce marketing, CRM, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics, Financial aspects as well • Hustler & High growth mindset with bias for action, negotiation skills, and strong relationship-building abilities⸻Qualifications • 6 –10 years of e-commerce / marketplace management experience •Prior Manager+ role handling P&L ownership and a 5–6 person team • Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred⸻What We Offer • Opportunity to scale a fast-growing clean beauty brand • Ownership, autonomy, and clear growth trajectory into senior leadership roles • Dynamic & collaborative culture with direct impact on India’s leading luxury skincare brand
