We are seeking a Manager – People & Culture to design, execute, and scale our HR, hiring, and people operations as we grow.This role is ideal for someone with 3 – 4 years of experience who has hands-on ownership of recruiting, HR operations, and culture-building in a SaaS or fast-growing product organization. You will work closely with leadership to build a high-performing, values-driven team while ensuring our people processes scale sustainably.This is a hybrid role based in Coimbatore, requiring regular in-office presence to support hiring, team engagement, and culture initiatives.Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Hiring- Own end-to-end recruiting and hiring for multiple functions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. - Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with RunLoyal’s culture, values, and growth plans. - Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles. - Manage internship hiring programs and intern onboarding initiatives. - Partner with leadership to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.Onboarding & Employee Experience- Design and run structured onboarding programs that prepare new hires to succeed from day one. - Close the training loop to ensure new joiners are fully ready to begin their RunLoyal journey. - Act as a culture builder and culture carrier, ensuring strong value alignment across teams. - Gather onboarding feedback and continuously refine the employee experience. - Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual feedback cycles across functions. - Own and execute the annual appraisal process for all teams.Learning & Development (L&D)- Create and maintain L&D content to support technical, functional, and soft-skill development. - Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams. - Design, coordinate, and track employee development initiatives. - Support leadership development and growth plans for high-potential employees. - Establish MOUs with colleges for internships, hiring pipelines, and future talent programs.Performance Management- Implement and maintain performance management frameworks that encourage accountability and growth. - Partner with managers to define goals, track progress, and deliver effective feedback. - Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.Employee Engagement & Culture- Drive engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across the organization. - Plan and execute team-building activities, cultural events, and recognition programs. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, feedback, and suggestions. - Strengthen RunLoyal’s culture through intentional rituals, communication, and leadership alignment.Compliance & HR Operations- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices. - Own HR policy creation, updates, and communication across the company.Payroll & Benefits- Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team. - Manage employee benefits programs and resolve related queries efficiently.Qualifications- 3–4 years of experience managing recruiting and HR functions in a SaaS, startup, or fast-growing product organization. - Proven experience building HR processes and culture rather than only maintaining them. - Demonstrated ability to own hiring, people operations, and employee engagement end to end. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels. - Excellent organizational, communication, and execution skills. - Experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools. - MBA in HR or a related field is preferred. - Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular in-office presence in Coimbatore.What Sets You Apart- Experience building or scaling HR functions in other SaaS or product-based companies, or the ability to clearly demonstrate how you can adapt and execute RunLoyal’s people processes. - Strong mindset as a team and culture builder, not just an HR operator. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a startup environment. - High ownership, credibility, and the ability to earn trust quickly across teams.Cultural Expectations- We are people-first—our employees and customers come before processes. - We value ownership, clarity, and measurable outcomes. - We build culture intentionally, not accidentally. - We expect leaders to show up—for the team, the company, and the mission. - We are passionate about building software that helps pet care businesses thrive.Our Values- Ownership: We take responsibility and drive outcomes. - Collaboration: We believe great teams build great companies. - Clarity: Clear communication enables strong execution. - Curiosity: We continuously learn, improve, and challenge assumptions. - Trust: We act with integrity, empathy, and transparency.Why Join RunLoyal- Opportunity to shape HR, hiring, and culture for a growing vertical SaaS company. - Direct partnership with leadership on people strategy and execution. - High ownership and autonomy in building scalable HR processes. - Collaborative, mission-driven team with strong values. - Competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities.
