Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer with strong experience in electronics systems and practical knowledge of mechanical maintenance. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory equipment, along with exposure to PLC-based automation systems.Key Responsibilities- Carry out machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machines and equipment - Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum downtime - Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based systems (Siemens preferred) - Work with sensors, limit switches, and field instruments - Support and troubleshoot SCADA and DCS systems - Maintain and service ACBs, transformers, electrical panels, and power distribution systems - Perform fault finding in motors, drives, control panels, and wiring systems - Support mechanical maintenance activities, including: - Basic machine maintenance - Pneumatic and hydraulic systems - Coordination during mechanical breakdowns - Assist in machine installation, testing, and trial runs - Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and SOPs - Maintain documentation related to maintenance, inspections, and complianceRequired Skills & Keywords- PLC (Siemens) - Sensors and limit switches - DCS / SCADA - Electrical installation & commissioning - Preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance - ACBs, transformers, LT panels - Industrial wiring and control systems - Mechanical maintenance exposure - Pneumatics and hydraulicsQualifications & Experience- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / - 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment - Hands-on shop-floor experience is mandatory - Ability to work independently and coordinate with production and vendor teamsGood to Have- Exposure to automation and servo-controlled systems - Experience in factory setups or greenfield projects - Basic knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshootingLocation : Dohole, Bhiwandi, Thane
