Job Description – Sales & Leasing (Office Spaces)Location: Jaipur / Lucknow/ Chennai /Mumbai and NoidaReporting to: Sales HeadIndustry: Real Estate – Commercial (Office Spaces & Co-working / Managed Offices)Role Overview:Sales & Leasing will be responsible for driving the overall sales, leasing, and revenue growth for office spaces (conventional, managed offices, and co-working). The role involves developing business strategies, leading client acquisition, maintaining corporate relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy of assets while positioning the organization as a market leader.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve leasing targets for office spaces.Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with corporates, startups, and MNCs.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for conventional and co-working office solutions.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementLead end-to-end leasing negotiations, including pricing, commercials, and agreement closure.Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, real estate consultants, IPCs, and channel partners.Act as the key point of contact for large corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.Revenue & Performance ManagementOwn and deliver on revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.Monitor and track performance metrics against targets, and present periodic MIS reports to management.Drive cross selling and upselling opportunities within the portfolio.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the sales & leasing team to achieve high performance.Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and drive accountability within the team.Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business goals.Deal Structuring & NegotiationStructure complex leasing deals in line with company policies and market standards.Ensure legal, financial, and compliance requirements are met for all leasing transactions.Finalize commercial terms with clients and coordinate with the legal team for agreement execution.Market Positioning & BrandingRepresent the company at industry events, networking forums, and real estate exhibitions.Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.Position the organization as a preferred partner for office leasing solutions.*Key Skills & Competencies: *Strong expertise in sales, leasing, and client relationship management in commercial real estate.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to drive P&L impact.Established network with corporates, IPCs, and real estate consultants.Strategic thinker with execution excellence and leadership capability.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.Experience in Sales & LeasingProven track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets in office leasing (conventional & co-working).
