We are looking for experienced Delivery Managers who can drive end-to-end engineering delivery across cutting-edge technology programs for global OEMs and semiconductor partners.What you’ll do:• Own end-to-end delivery across Smart Devices, Automotive, Compute & IoT programs• Manage execution across Embedded, Android, Linux, Automotive, and IoT engineering streams• Drive delivery governance – scope, schedule, quality, cost, and risk, Revenue Increment• Lead customer communication, QBRs, governance calls, and escalations• Ensure SLA adherence for Managed Services engagements• Track and improve delivery metrics (utilization, quality, predictability)• Collaborate with Architects & Pod Leads to ensure technical excellence• Support account growth, renewals, and PS → Managed Services conversion• Lead team ramp-ups, hiring, onboarding, and capacity planningTechnical exposure (any combination):✔ Smart Devices – Android, Embedded Linux, Multimedia, Connectivity✔ Automotive – IVI, Connectivity, ADAS support, QNX/Linux/Android Auto✔ Compute – Linux Kernel, BSP, DSP, Chrome OS, Android✔ IoT – Embedded firmware, gateways, wireless protocols, Predictive maintainanceWhat we’re looking for:• Strong engineering delivery background (Embedded / Auto / Compute / IoT)• Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-customer delivery• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills• Metrics-driven mindset with strong governance focus• Experience working with global OEMs or semiconductor customers✨ Good to have:• Exposure to Qualcomm, MediaTek, NXP, NVIDIA, Silicon Labs platforms• Managed Services / SLA-based delivery experience• Knowledge of Automotive or Industrial standards
