Operations / Restaurant Manager (4-Star property)Location: NoidaProperty: 4 Star Premium HotelWe are hiring an experienced Operations / Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive service excellence across shifts.Key Responsibilities- Ensure a smooth guest journey from entry to exit - Lead daily service briefings, table audits, and floor supervision - Handle guest complaints with empathy and effective resolution - Prepare shift rosters, allocate roles, and manage staff productivity - Train FOH team on POS systems, service etiquette, and menu knowledge - Maintain grooming, attendance, and discipline standards - Conduct hourly checks on cleanliness, ambience, lighting, music, and uniforms - Maintain FOH audit checklists and compliance reports - Coordinate with the kitchen for order accuracy, plating, and timely dispatch - Ensure correct packaging and coordination for takeaway and delivery ordersKey Skills & Experience- Customer Experience Management - Team Leadership & Training - Sales, performance tracking & cash handling - Inventory control and hygiene management - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
