We, at Bharti Axa life Insurance are looking for a dynamic professional to join our fast growing organization as part of our "Compensation and Benefit" Team.Main Purpose of the job:- We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits to lead our Executive Rewards and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs. Transitioning from a top-tier consulting background, you will bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to designing competitive pay structures that align executive performance with our long-term business goals in the life insurance sector. - This role is pivotal in ensuring our leadership compensation is market-aligned, compliant with regulatory standards, and effective in driving shareholder value.Job responsibilities:- Executive Rewards: Design, implement, and manage executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, Short-Term Incentives (STI), and Long-Term Incentives (LTI). - LTI Management: Lead the end-to-end administration of LTI plans (Stock Options, RSUs, or Performance Shares), including grant modeling, vesting schedules, and tracking performance metrics. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all executive pay programs comply with insurance industry regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. - Benchmarking & Analytics: Conduct deep-dive competitive pay analysis using specialized executive surveys. Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for senior stakeholders. - Communication: Draft communication materials, including Board decks, offer packages for senior hires, and annual proxy statement disclosures.Qualification:- Background: 3–4 years of dedicated experience in Rewards Consulting. This is a mandatory requirement. - Expertise: Proven track record in designing Executive Rewards and LTI frameworks. - Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. You should be comfortable simulating payout scenarios and impact assessments. - Communication: Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and present complex technical information in a simplified manner. - Education: MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
