Hiring for AM Marketplace Operations for leading Beauty Cosmetic CompanyCTC: 14 LPALocation: MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Catalog Management:- Oversee the complete catalog lifecycle, from product data collection to catalog uploads across platforms such as Marketplace - Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and timely Catalog Go Live across all channels.Quality Assurance:- Maintain the highest quality of catalog output, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information, descriptions, and visuals.Operational Planning and Efficiency:- Develop capacity plans and forecasts to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Drive operational efficiency through process-oriented approaches, reducing dependencies and streamlining workflows.Metrics and Performance:- Monitor and achieve key operational metrics, including catalog upload timelines, accuracy, and platform-specific performance indicators.Team Management:- Recruit, train, and manage a team of cataloguers to ensure timely and high-quality listings. - Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and platform representatives, to deliver the final catalog output and resolve any issues promptly.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:- 5–6 years of experience managing catalog operations, preferably in fashion or e-commerce sectors. - Prior experience handling catalogs for marketplacesTechnical Proficiency:- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets for catalog management, data organization, and reporting.Domain Knowledge:- Strong understanding of fashion categories, trends, and terminology to ensure accurate catalog creation.Communication Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with stakeholders and guiding the catalog team.What We Offer:- An opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment. - A role that provides significant exposure to leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. - Collaboration with a dynamic and supportive team to drive impactful results. - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to work directly with me to set up an entirely new business vertical - Additional points to be filled in by HRIf you’re passionate about e-commerce and looking to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
