The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and performance management within the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of café and restaurant staff• Manpower planning and attrition control• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters• Payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and shift management• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory norms• Performance appraisal management and staff engagement initiatives• Implementing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices• Maintaining HR records and reporting to managementEligibility & Skills• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality / cafés / restaurants• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance• Excellent communication and people management skills• Experience working in high-attrition, operational environments• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/softwarePreferred Candidate• Experience handling multi-outlet café or restaurant operations• Practical, hands-on HR professional with strong execution skills• Knowledge of local labour practices in Pondicherry is an advantageWhat We Offer• Competitive salary package• Opportunity to work with a growing hospitality brand• Dynamic and people-centric work environment
