Design is not decoration here — it’s how the brand breathes, moves, and earns attention.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who has strong visual taste, understands modern internet culture, moves fast, and can translate brand energy into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving visuals across digital, packaging, campaigns, and experiences.If you’re into fitness, training, sport aesthetics, or street culture — you’ll feel at home.What You’ll DoBrand & Visual Identity- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language across all touchpoints. - Translate positioning into strong layouts, typography systems, color logic, and motion direction. - Ensure consistency without killing creativity.Content & Performance Creatives- Design high-impact creatives for social media, ads, product launches, drops, and campaigns. - Create templates and systems that scale fast for daily content. - Collaborate with marketing to test multiple creative variations.Product & Packaging- Design packaging, labels, inserts, and product storytelling assets. - Build premium, shelf-impact visuals that communicate performance and trust. - Work on merch, apparel, and physical brand assets.Digital & UX Support- Design landing pages, banners, UI assets, email visuals, and micro-animations. - Collaborate with product teams on UI polish and brand consistency.Culture & Experiments- Explore trends, typography movements, motion styles, AI tools, generative workflows. - Rapid prototyping of ideas, campaign visuals, and concepts.Who you are- 2–6+ years of graphic / visual design experience (agency, startup, brand, freelance). - Strong portfolio showing branding, digital creatives, typography, layout, and visual systems. - Sharp visual taste and understanding of modern aesthetics. - Fast execution mindset — you ship, iterate, and improve constantly. - Comfortable with Figma, Adobe Suite, motion tools (After Effects / Rive is a plus). - Understands how design impacts conversion, clarity, and brand recall. - Clear communicator and collaborator.Bonus Points- Into fitness, gym culture, endurance sports, or athletic lifestyle. - Experience with consumer brands, DTC, supplements, apparel, or lifestyle. - Motion graphics, 3D, AI design workflows. - Photography or video editing skills.What you get- Build a brand visually from early stage — massive creative ownership. - Freedom to experiment and shape visual culture. - High visibility work across digital, product, and real-world activations. - Competitive pay + growth trajectory. - Fitness ecosystem exposure and collaborations. - Access to all the fun & events
