Role – Senior Manager – People Analytics (HR COE)Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaDetailsDesignation:Senior Manager – People AnalyticsQualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business analytics, Statistics or related field with 2+ years of experience in People Analytics in Product/Internet/E-commerce/Startup Organisations - Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization - Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to a HR leaders - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesKey Responsibilities- Own end to end HR analytics and reporting across attrition, hiring, workforce planning, engagement, and productivity. - Lead the people analytics strategy and roadmap, embedding predictive and prescriptive analytics into core people decisions - Build and scale predictive models for attrition risk, hiring quality, performance outcomes, workforce demand, and internal mobility - Collaborate with HR leaders to develop metrics that align with organizational goals and objectives - Build and manage dashboards, reports, and key HR metrics across the employee lifecycle (hiring, performance, engagement, attrition - Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical use of employee data - Drive automation and continuous improvement in people analyticsMust-have skills- Strong & advanced analytics: Excel/Gsheets, SQL, Python/R, statistics, predictive analytics - Visualization tools: Looker / Power BI / Tableau - Solid understanding of HR domains (TA, performance, L&D, rewards) - Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Detail-oriented with a high ownership mindset
