We focus on creating impactful initiatives across Branding, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing to ensure strong engagement, lasting value and drive business growth.Role: Manager - Insights and ResearchRelevant Experience: 8 to 10 YearsLocation: BangaloreWhat You Will OwnWe are seeking research and analytics experts – who are adept and have proven experience with various research techniques, and the knowhow of creating research designs basis the inputs from key business stakeholders. Candidate should have experience in undertaking complex research and analytics studies alongside team handling skills. The role also entails senior management interactions for research scoping, innovation and end to end project delivery and contribute to the overall business with valuable insights that lead to informed, strategic growth and measurable outcomes.Experience You Should Bring- Previous research experience in the software industry will be an added advantage. - Research experience across a wide range of quantitative, quantitative and secondary research. - Must have strong analytical and interpretive skills to frame recommendations. - Ability to handle small team of researchers - give guidance and inspire the team - Ability to lead multiple, large-scale, research projects in parallel. Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills are required. - Outstanding communication both verbal and written, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.What You Will Be Doing- Acts as a research consultant to internal Businesses and Marketing organizations. - Provide meaningful and actionable insights to drive business objectives and support decision-making. - Work closely with internal Business (esp. Sales and Product Management teams) and Marketing organization to understand key business issues and proactively provide thought leadership. - Shape research design, and research plans, develop questionnaires/ discussion guides and build persuasive presentations for senior/ executive level internal clients. - Add value to the insights by synthesizing secondary information/ behavioral data with survey data. Ability to identify opportunities for this kind of collaboration. - Proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with research vendors and leverage their expertise to deliver best-in-class research program.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps in the hiring process.
