Understand the cost run rate on a rolling 12 months basis.• Empower PO and RTE to run the development. Review their metrics, manage by KPIs.2. Your Profile:• You have a university degree in computer sciences, automotive engineering or similar• You are experienced in the automotive industry• You have deep technical know-how in the area of Security and HSM firmware• You have experience either as product or project manager or as a technical expert• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions• You have strategic and operational skills• You are a quick learner, who adapts well to changes in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in learning and applying new technology to solve complex problems• For the communication with our customers as well as our colleagues, you have excellent intercultural and communication skills• You have very good English skills.
