We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Execution to lead end‑to‑end delivery of commercial, workspace, and premium residential interior fit‑out projects.This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can translate designs into high‑quality execution while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.LocationMangaluru, Karnataka (site travel involved)Key Responsibilities✅ Lead complete project lifecycle for interior fit‑out works – planning to handover✅ Manage execution of civil works, false ceilings, flooring, MEP integration, carpentry, furniture & finishes✅ Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors✅ Prepare project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and track costs & timelines✅ Monitor site progress, quality control, safety compliance, and material procurement✅ Handle change orders, variations, and on‑site issue resolution✅ Conduct site inspections, snag‑lists, and final handover documentation✅ Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisorsDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design5-7 years of experience in interior fit‑out executionMinimum 2 years in a project management roleStrong exposure to commercial office interiors / workspace fit‑outs / premium residential projectsExcellent understanding of drawings, BOQs, MEP coordination & interior construction methodologiesProficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera or similar)Skills & Competencies✔ Strong execution & site management skills✔ Budgeting, cost control & vendor negotiation expertise✔ Ability to manage multiple sites and fast‑track projects✔ Excellent stakeholder communication & leadership skills✔ Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and quality‑driven
