The Practice Development Manager will oversee the growth and strategic development of partnerships with certified dental clinics and professionals. Responsibilities include implementing business plans, managing existing accounts, driving sales growth, and supporting clinics with resources to enhance patient outcomes. The position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to relationship management and a focus on achieving company objectives.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Practice Development and business expansion strategies - Experience in Business Planning and developing tailored strategies for achieving growth - Proficiency in Account Management to nurture long-term relationships with partner clinics and professionals - Sales acumen with hands-on experience in achieving targets, preferably in the dental or healthcare sector - Understanding or experience in the fields of Dentistry is highly desirable - Previous experience in aligner sales or implants sales would be a plus. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field - Ability to work on-site full-time in Bengaluru** Competitive salary + incentives and travel allowances** Immediate Joiners preferred
