The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners, focusing on improving their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. - Utilize various teaching methods, including presentations, simulations, and group discussions. - Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners achieve their personal and professional goals.2. Program Development- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials. - Customize training content to address the specific needs and goals of individual learners. - Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and latest industry trends.3. Assessment and Feedback- Assess learners’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Track and report on learners’ performance and development. - Identify areas for improvement and suggest appropriate training interventions.4. Support and Guidance- Act as a mentor and guide for learners, offering support and encouragement throughout the program. - Address any concerns or challenges faced by learners during the training process. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.5. Professional Development- Stay updated with the latest developments in soft skills training and professional development. - Attend workshops, conferences, and other learning opportunities to enhance your skills. - Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable training team.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Skills Required- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills. - Ability to engage and motivate learners. - Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Empathy and emotional intelligence.
