About the CompanyWe’re seeking experienced valuation professionals to support our Luxembourg valuation team from India, acting as full members of the team. You will work on valuation files across private equity, venture capital, and private debt mandates, primarily for EU-based fund managers. The role involves modeling, report drafting, technical reviews, and may evolve into partial project management. You will be expected to bring sharp analytical insight, relevant technical know-how, and contribute actively to team deliverables and process improvements.About the RoleIndependently build and review valuation models (DCF, market comps, convertible debt, waterfall models, etc.). Prepare structured, well-written valuation reports in English. Contribute to reviews of other analysts’ work and support senior team members on key points of analysis. Work across multiple engagements under tight deadlines with clear prioritization.
