Core Responsibilities:- Develop and monitor project budgets; analyze variances and address cost overruns. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS, and project-specific reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies; support audits. - Manage cash flow, payments, and liquidity for ongoing projects. - Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Oversee corporate tax planning, filing, and vendor/subcontractor contract finances. - Recommend process improvements in accounting systems and internal controls. - Mentor and guide junior finance staff.-Key Skills & Qualifications:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
