Job Role: SAP Functional ArchitectLocation: Hyderabad (Work From Office)Experience: 15+ YearsType of Hire: ContractRequired Technical Skill Set: Expert knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, MM, and end-to-end process design (O2C, P2P).Must-Have:• Solution Design: Define the functional scope and blueprint for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices, often covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance (FI/CO), and Supply Chain.• Strategic Guidance: Develop and execute enterprise-wide SAP roadmaps, lead major initiatives (like S/4HANA migrations), and provide strategic direction for SAP technology adoption.• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP capabilities to enhance efficiency.• Technical Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other enterprise applications, oversee testing (UAT), and support post-implementation stabilization.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions, managing expectations and driving consensus.• Knowledge: Strong grasp of end-to-end SAP processes, SAP NetWeaver, integration technologies, data mining, and SAP S/4HANA environments.• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Good-to-Have:• Resource should have a Professional degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.• Relevant SAP Certifications in Functional or Architectural streams.• Proven experience in high-level strategic leadership and vendor management.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.Regards,Jeet GuptaSr. Delivery Manager– India BusinessPhone/WhatsApp: +91-9718344150E-Mail ID: jeet.gupta@
