Grow Your Staff is looking for an Odoo Business Analyst for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. The position is a full-time opportunity in India.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.Experience: 3-6 yearsCTC: INR 8-14 LPALocation: On-site (India)Time: 12 PM to 9 PM IST (Monday-Friday)Responsibilities:- Perform customer data imports into Odoo, including data cleansing, validation, transformation, and documentation of mapping processes. - Analyse and troubleshoot data migration issues, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with technical teams for resolutions. - Gather and document client business requirements, perform process mapping, and convert findings into functional/technical documentation. - Configure relevant Odoo modules and execute unit/regression testing with QA teams to ensure solution quality. - Provide end-user training, create supporting documentation, and offer second-line functional support for client issues. - Monitor Odoo version updates, maintain e-learning scripts, and create video tutorials demonstrating processes and module changes. - Produce academy-ready or marketing-ready content to support internal learning and client education. - Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders for progress updates, issue tracking, and successful delivery. - Support presales activities such as functional demonstrations and participate in strengthening client relationships. - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help upskill junior team members.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or functional consulting. - Strong expertise in business process analysis and documentation. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data cleanup). - Experience with data import/export, migration, and troubleshooting. - Ability to analyse complex issues and propose structured solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience collaborating with QA teams during testing phases. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work both independently and collaboratively.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Odoo certification or formal Odoo Functional training (preferred). - Knowledge of SQL and version control tools (Git). - Experience with e-learning systems, instructional design, or video creation is an advantage. - Prior experience in technology consulting or ERP environments is beneficial.
