Senior Vice President of Engineering – AI PersonalizationBuild the Learning Brain for Millions of DoctorsMarrow is one of the most trusted learning platforms for doctors, operating at a scale few education companies ever reach—millions of learners, petabytes of high-quality learning data, and 500+ million hours of video streamed through a system as complex and secure as leading global streaming platforms.Yet, the biggest opportunity is still ahead. No one has truly turned this scale of data into an intelligent learning brain—a system that deeply understands how doctors learn, where they struggle, and what they should do next.We are looking for our next face of technology: a senior engineering leader who has built and scaled consumer platforms, shipped AI-driven systems into production, and now wants to define a category rather than just operate within one. This role sits at the intersection of product, platform, data, and AI, with a potential path to CTO within ~2 years. We are part of M3, Inc., a global healthcare leader based in Tokyo, trusted by 4 million doctors across 9 countries. Since partnering with M3 in 2019, we’ve scaled to address challenges at the level of leading tech platforms.
