We empower students from Grades 6 to 12+ with innovative, results-driven educational experiences.Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)As an Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales Executive) for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their academic needs, and recommending the most suitable Infinity Learn programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales- Connect with prospective customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings - Convert qualified leads into enrollmentsConsultative Selling- Understand students’ academic goals and parents’ expectations - Provide personalized counselling and program recommendationsRevenue Growth- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline managementCustomer Relationship Management- Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents - Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and referralsNegotiation & Closing- Handle objections confidently - Negotiate offers and close sales effectivelyDesired Skills & Competencies- Strong sales mindset with a target-driven approach - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Prior experience in telesales or inside sales preferred - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems - Self-motivated and capable of working independentlyQualifications- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are eligible - Experience selling to K-12 or test-prep customers is an added advantage - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - Freshers areWorking Conditions- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (IST) - Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Monday fixed off) - Requirements: Personal laptopWhy Join Us?Be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team that is redefining education across India.
