This Indian company will be the Lexitas Global Capability Center, helping build a world class IT development team, and over time serve as a Shared Services hub for several of the corporate functions.For More Information - is a Full-Time Job located in Chennai, India.Summary:The HR Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all reports and dashboards by cleaning, preprocessing, and validating data. This role analyzes HR metrics using statistical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to identify trends and insights related to recruitment, hiring, motivation, turnover, and compliance. The analyst designs, develops, and maintains dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, presenting findings in clear, visual formats for stakeholders.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR reports and dashboards. - Analyze HR data using statistical methods and tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to recruitment, hiring, motivation, turnover, and compliance. - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, presenting findings in clear, visual formats for stakeholders. - Maintain and query HR databases using SQL, ensuring data security and compliance with privacy regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and communicate complex findings in simple terms. - Draft, edit, and finalize reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. - Conduct research and analysis to support report content and validate findings. - Participate in team meetings to discuss report objectives and receive feedback for continuous improvement. - Maintain organized documentation of report drafts, revisions, and final submissions. - Audit and validate benefit vendor invoices, allocating premiums to appropriate departments. - Conduct routine audits of the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy. - Assist with payroll data entry, processing, auditing, and reporting. - Ensure data remains confidential. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s objectives.Competencies, Skills and Abilities:- Lexitas expects employees to model and conduct themselves according to the Lexitas Core Values.
