CEO – Mono Carton & Notebook Manufacturing @BangaloreRole SummaryLead a mid‑size, fast‑growing mono‑carton and notebook plant, delivering profitable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion while building a high‑performing leadership team.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership Define and execute a 3‑5 year business plan, set revenue/EBITDA targets, and steer product‑mix (mono cartons, notebooks, custom printed packaging) to capture e‑commerce and FMCG demand.P&L Ownership: Own full P&L, cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting, and cost‑control; drive margin improvement through lean, Six‑Sigma and waste‑reduction programs.Operations & Quality Oversee plant operations (corrugators, die‑cutters, offset/flexo printing, folding‑gluing), ensure on‑time delivery, maintain ISO‑9001/14001 standards, and implement Industry 4.0 automation .Sales & Customer Management:Expand OEM, FMCG, and retail accounts; negotiate long‑term contracts; develop custom design/printing services and eco‑friendly substrate options.Supply Chain & Procurement:Secure sustainable paperboard, kraft, and recycled fibers; manage vendor relationships, inventory, and logistics for multi‑location distributionTeam Building:Recruit, mentor, and retain senior managers across production, finance, sales, and R&D; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and safety.Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to environmental, GST, and labor regulations; prepare board reports and, if required, IPO‑readiness documentation.Required QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s in printing/Mechanical/Production Engineering; MBA preferred.Experience:Minimum 12–18 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years as CEO/COO or Business Head in mono‑carton, corrugated box, or notebook printing industry. Proven track record of scaling a plant from ≤ ₹50 cr to > ₹150 cr turnover.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of paperboard grades, printing technologies (offset, flexo, digital), die‑cutting, and sustainable packaging trends.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage multi‑plant operations, and deliver P&L targets.Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of cost accounting, capital allocation, and cash‑flow management; experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MIS reporting.Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication with promoters, board, investors, and key customers; ability to represent the company at industry forums.Preferred Skills- Experience with eco‑friendly, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging solutions.- Familiarity with export markets and compliance for international shipments.- Exposure to digital transformation projects (MES, IoT, predictive maintenance).- Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
