It involves reviewing and enhancing internal policies and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role provides legal support for business strategies and projects while staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments. Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements, Risk management across the organization, Legal research across labour, IP, Corporate & allied laws, Due diligence, Litigation Management, Corporate Governance, etc.Experience You Should Bring- Expert Knowledge of constitution, legal terminology, regulations, legal procedures and processes. - Working knowledge of litigation management in computer software industry would be advantageous. - Should have exposure of handling corporate legal matters with hands on experience of drafting/reviewing various kinds of legal agreements/ business contracts/JV agreements/ MOU etc. Should have thorough knowledge of Legal Process in the Country under various Laws applicable for businesses. - Hands on Experience on Legal impact on various Business Strategies, New projects, etc. - Strong knowledge and experience about Intellectual Property Laws (Trademark, Copyright, Patent, etc.) – domestic and international – both. - International Legal experience, particularly in the region of Middle East, Africa, etc. - Working experience of handling Regulated entities and Fintech entities. - Strong knowledge and experience of Corporate Governance Framework including Risk Management. - Hands on Company Law matters.
