Role: Junior Communication DesignerLocation: BengaluruReporting to: Creative Design LeadTeam name: Creative, MarketingAbout the Team and the RoleThe Creative, Marketing team at Ather is responsible for creating captivating, on-brand visuals for product launches, events, advertising campaigns, social media channels, showrooms and new sub-brands.This role is for a Junior Communication Designer who will be instrumental in executing creative work across various channels and initiatives, learning from senior team members, and building the confidence to own ideas from concept to final presentation.Responsibilities- Create captivating, on-brand visuals for product launches, events, advertising campaigns, social media channels, and showrooms. - Adapt design work to different media including print, digital, and other creative platforms. - Collaborate with copywriters, other designers, video producers, and event managers to execute brand initiatives. - Communicate work-in-progress ideas to stakeholders using prototypes, references, and moodboards until final refinement. - Participate in brainstorms and develop the confidence to pitch finished designs and creative concepts. - Design internal and external facing presentations to communicate ideas effectively to team members and customers. - Execute creative solutions to marketing problems regardless of the medium of delivery. - Maintain the Ather brand language while identifying opportunities to challenge and push its creative limits.-Experience and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience. - 1-2 years of industry experience in communication design, branding, or graphic design.Must Have Competencies- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for the creation of brand visuals and marketing collateral. - Apply graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across various media. - Utilize Apple Keynote to design and deliver high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences. - Use technical graphic design language to clearly communicate ideas and synthesize stakeholder feedback.Good to Have Competencies- Integrate motion design and video editing skills into creative projects. - Utilize 3D software and creative coding to enhance visual communication. - Apply photography and videography skills to support content creation and marketing campaigns. - Utilize knowledge of print production processes and techniques for physical media execution.Want to know more?At Ather, we’ve built India’s first intelligent scooter, from scratch.
