The role involves managing a team of Operation Executives ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, optimizing TATs, minimizing errors, and ensuring superior customer experience. This position demands strong process governance, cross-functional coordination (Sales, CX, Finance, credit and logistics), and data-backed decision-making to achieve operational efficiency and business targets.Key Accountabilities & Support ActionsTeam Management- Handle a team of Operations Executives to ensure seamless order fulfillment and buyer / seller lifecycle management. - Anticipates workload for effective planning and adjusts team rosters to ensure optimal resource allocation and floor availability based on demand - Conduct daily huddles to track team performance.Process Management- Monitor daily process KPIs including order punching, TAT adherence, error %, compliance %, and rejection rate. - Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and compliance standards across all operational checkpoints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth and efficient supply chain execution. - Identify and resolve operational challenges through data driven insights and root-cause analysis. - Recommend and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. - Update and maintain SOPs in line with evolving business requirements.Governance & Reporting- Drive productivity and quality metrics across team members. - Ensure audit readiness through accurate documentation and process adherence. - Publish weekly MIS / dashboards covering KPIs and improvement areas. - Identify process gaps and propose automation or system enhancements.People Development- Coach and mentor team members to build capabilities and drive performance improvement. - Conduct training sessions on new processes, tools, and policies to enhance team proficiency. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. - Create a positive and motivating work environment by recognizing contributions, empowering individuals, valuing diversity, and leading by example.Qualifications & Skills- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain). - 4–7 years of experience in Operations, preferably in B2B / e-commerce / logistics domains. - Prior experience in team handling and process improvement initiatives.
