Senzcraft is also recognized by NY based SSON as a top hyper-automation solutions provider.About the Role (Data Scientist) :We are looking for a Data Scientist to design experiments and productionize machine learning and generative AI solutions on Azure, with a strong focus on measurable business impact, reproducibility, and MLOps best practices.You will transform sales and stakeholder needs into impactful data products—experimenting with new features, validating hypotheses, and shipping ML- and LLM-powered capabilities that drive commercial outcomes. You’ll balance fast iteration with enterprise-grade data, MLOps, and Responsible AI standards.Key Responsibilities- Explore, prototype, and validate new features, from hypothesis to measurable business outcomes - Translate sales and stakeholder needs into analytical problems, KPIs, and success metrics - Build, evaluate, and iterate ML models for recommendations, scoring, forecasting, and insights - Design robust data ingestion, feature engineering, and training pipelines using Azure ML and Microsoft Fabric - Productionize models with CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, telemetry, and rollback using Azure DevOps - Leverage LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG) to enhance the sales copilot; define guardrails and evaluation strategies - Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across the full ML lifecycle - Monitor model performance, drift, and cost; run A/B tests and incorporate user feedback - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver incremental value in agile sprints - Document design decisions, share knowledge, and contribute reusable components and templates - Integrate ML solutions with CRM, BI tools, and enterprise data sources - Mentor interns and junior team members; promote best practices in Data Science and MLOpsRequired Skills & ExperienceEducation- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field - (or equivalent hands-on experience)Experience- 2–5 years of experience delivering ML/Data Science solutions from exploration to production - Experience working closely with business stakeholders (sales/commercial experience preferred) - Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams - Big plus: Implemented MLOps on AzureTechnical Skills- Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, scikit-learn, and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) - Solid foundations in statistics and machine learning algorithms - Experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and RAG - Data engineering fundamentals: SQL, ETL, APIs - Experience with one or more of the following is a strong plus: - Azure Machine Learning - Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry - Azure AI Search - Azure Data Factory - Azure DevOps - Microsoft Fabric - Experience with monitoring, cost governance, and model performance managementSkills & Behavioral Competencies- Startup mindset & ownership: proactive, autonomous, and action-oriented - Business impact focus: defines KPIs, measures value, iterates quickly - Collaboration & knowledge sharing: works across Sales, Product, and Engineering - Communication skills: able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Curiosity & craftsmanship: keeps pace with ML/LLM advancements and applies best practices - Responsible AI mindset: security, privacy, and compliance by design - Strong programming discipline: testing, code reviews, documentation, CI/CDReady to make an impact?If you are passionate about Data Science, GenAI, and building products that matter, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Experience: 2-5 yearsLocation: PuneWork Mode: HybridNotice Period: Immediate joiners preferred, up to 15 days’ notice accepted
