With a client-first approach, we provide customized investment and insurance solutions backed by trust, expertise, and long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth equity research with a strong understanding of capital markets, economic trends, and industry dynamics. - Analyze financial statements, company fundamentals, and business models to assess growth potential and risks. - Research and track Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, equities, derivatives, bonds, and other investment instruments. - Build and maintain forecasts for listed companies andvaluations. - Prepare detailed equity research reports, investment notes, and market updates. - Monitor market movements, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory developments impacting investments. - Support portfolio construction, review, and rebalancing through research-backed insights. - Present research findings and investment recommendations to internal teams. - Maintain accurate research documentation, data sheets, and MIS reports. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. - Collaborate closely with sales, product, and relationship teams to support client-focused solutions.Skills Required- Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills. - Sound understanding of equity markets, investments, and financial instruments. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. - Ability to create and interpret financial models and valuation frameworks. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools. - High attention to detail with a disciplined and research-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.Qualifications- 0–2 years of experience in Equity Research, Financial Analysis, or related roles. - Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, or related fields. - CFA (pursuing or completed), NISM certifications (XV), or CA Articleship will be an added advantage. - Knowledge ofkey industry sectors is preferred.
