Job Responsibilities:- Must have experience of PV Modules sales in Utility scale Solar projects - New Business development from the Key account Managements - Ability to analyze market potential to achieve revenue targets by Management - Market knows how for products and competition for the products to handle by him - Key Accounts Acquisition & Retention - GO-To -Market strategy and Strategic Thinking mindset - Ability to manage Techno-commercial negotiations & contracts - Ability to handle utility scale Solar projects for PV Modules sales along with Invers wherever is possible to push with it. - Having more exposure to B2B and relationship with C &I Solar EPCs & Developers who are handling large scales projects & solar park development across India - Business planning, implementing the strategy to achieve the business target by maintaining the desired profitability for the Organization. - Ability to identify & pursuing the new business opportunities - Ability to execute the time execution of the orders to meet the timelines of project customers in line with coordination of internal Operations Team. - Ability handle team and leadership qualities with cross functional team activities.- Person should be preferable from Solar Industry and from Similar field / segment - Min experience should be 6-8 years in said field and having good business performance track record in existing / previous companies- Preferably Engineer background / MBA but not compulsory, if experience matches with Ourrequirements- Salary is not limiting constraint /bar for the right candidates and shall work out the industry growth on his existing salary.Contact No. 9512022115
