Role SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations. The role will support day-to-day finance activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and assist in monthly and year-end closures.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Book Closure- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closures - Handle journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations - Prepare and review bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliationsStatutory & Regulatory Compliance- Manage end-to-end GST compliance: returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations, and notices - Ensure timely TDS computation, deductions, and filings (24Q, 26Q, 16, 16A) - Support PF, ESI, Professional Tax compliances and filings - Coordinate with consultants/auditors for statutory and tax auditsAccounts Payable & Receivable- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments - Track receivables, follow up for collections, and manage aging reports - Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all paymentsPayroll & Employee Finance Support- Coordinate payroll inputs, verify payroll calculations, and resolve payroll-related queries - Support finance inputs for increment/appraisal cycles, F&F settlements, and reimbursementsMIS & Reporting- Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and expense tracking - Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives - Provide finance data and reports to management as requiredProcess Improvement & Controls- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy - Support system and process auditsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting ( / preferred) - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts - Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances - Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar) - Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - High attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines
