Jio is looking to hire Human Resource Business Partner for below listed location in BhavnagarRequirements Experience 2-6 years as HRBP Education: Master in Business AdministrationJob Description : Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography, Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment, Exchanges etc., Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background, Verification, Negotiation Audit responses, Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA, Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, Respective Area, Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals, Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase for better employee experience. Manage post joining employee life cycle. 10 ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring,seamless employee experience 11 Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines 12 Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines 13 Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the,allocated budget 14 Develop strong employee connect and support in resolution of employee,issues and grievances, 15.
