Ride Safe!"Graphic Designer / Creative IllustratorLocation:MumbaiReporting to:Lead Creative StrategistAbout the Role: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Illustrator who can handlehands-on design workwhile also helping builddesign systems that improve speed, consistency, and qualityover time. This role works in tandem with other in-house graphic designers and closely with the Creative Strategy team to ensure visual output is aligned, practical, and ready for real-world use across marketing, sales, retail, and digital channels.What You’ll Do: Build Design Guides: Develop and maintain design guides that establish visual language, rules, and usage standards. Create and evolve reusable design templates for brand, product, and campaign needs. Define adaptation rules to ensure consistency across formats, channels, and use-cases. Support work on colours, font families, logo usage, and visual do’s and don’ts. Create visual reference documents that help teams apply design consistently.Execute Design Work: Design social media creatives and performance ad assets. Create product decks, catalogues, and sales support materials. Design packaging layouts, website banners, and retail creatives. Produce illustration work when required. Handle adaptations, iterations, and reworks across platforms.How You’ll Work: Split time evenly between brand identity development and hands-on design execution. Translate creative direction into usable, repeatable visual output. Collaborate with other in-house creative designers to ensure speed, consistency, and coverage. Deliver work that is adaptable, scalable, and ready for deployment.What We’re Looking For: Strong visual design fundamentals and a clear design sensibility. Ability to think in systems, templates, and guidelines, not just one-off creatives. Comfort working across both long-term design work and quick-turn tasks. Ability to work from briefs while interpreting intent and filling gaps when needed.
