Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across levels. - Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders. - Follow up with HODs for timely interview feedback, offer approvals, and closures. - Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Conduct background verification (BGV) for selected candidates and ensure closure before onboarding.2. Joining Formalities & Induction- Handle complete joining formalities and onboarding process for new employees. - Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other internal teams to ensure readiness of systems, email IDs, mobile phones, and required resources on or before joining. - Support and coordinate employee induction and initial training programs for effective integration. - Ensure timely collection, verification, and maintenance of all joining and employee documentation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files.3. HR Operations & Support- Prepare, issue, and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, extension letters, and other employment-related documents. - Provide general HR operational support as assigned by seniors from time to time. - Assist in improving recruitment processes, documentation, and HR practices. - Support HR initiatives and projects aligned with organizational requirements.Preferred candidate profile:- MBA/PGDM in HR with 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. - Manufacturing industry experience preferred. - Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
