Roles & Responsibilities -- Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAMS) for proposed facilities with NBFCs or other institutions related to Strategic Alliances. - Review CAMS for accuracy and correctness. - Recommend limits, covenants, and safeguards aligned with SK Finance’s risk appetite. - Monitor and periodically review Strategic Alliance partnerships for financial health and exposure. - Report covenant breaches and coordinate corrective actions with the Relationship Team. - Track NBFC sector performance and RBI guidelines to ensure calibrated risk management. - Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Strategic AlliancesCandidate Profile -- Required Experience - 6-8years - Strong experience in credit assessment and risk analysis - Knowledge of NBFC sector and regulatory framework (RBI, SEBI, Co. Law etc.) - Multilingual – English, Hindi and any other language - Excellent analytical and communication skills
