We are seeking an experienced o9 Supply Chain Planning Consultant to lead and support end-to-end o9 platform implementations. The role involves configuring and customizing o9 planning modules, designing scalable data models, and enabling advanced planning capabilities across demand, supply, and integrated business planning processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in supply chain planning and hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and o9 configurations.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Configuration- Lead and participate in the complete o9 implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Configure and implement o9 modules such as: - Demand Planning - Supply Planning - Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) - Control Tower - Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language) to meet business requirements. - Design and configure data models, planning logic, and workflows to support end-to-end planning and what-if scenario analysis.Functional Support & Optimization- Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues to ensure system stability and performance. - Perform manual and automated data uploads and integrations. - Validate end-to-end planning workflows and ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Develop and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and solution demos to business and technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve planning processes and system usage.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or related domains. - Proven hands-on experience with o9 platform configuration and implementation. - Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including: - Demand Planning - Supply Planning - S&OP / IBP - Inventory optimization - Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and o9 data modeling. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.Preferred Skills- o9 platform certifications such as: - Technical Configuration Level II - Demand Planning / Supply Planning (DP-SP) Reference Model - Experience working in industries such as Retail or Consumer Goods. - Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
