Job Title: Product TrainerLocation: Kota, SikarIndustry: Education / EdTechEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Adoption Trainer who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Extramarks’ products across schools. The role involves training educators, students, and parents, driving product engagement, and ensuring long-term customer success through effective onboarding and continuous support.Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Extramarks products in schools within the assigned region, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption. - Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for teachers, students, and parents to maximize product utilization and learning outcomes. - Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities through a consultative and relationship-driven approach. - Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Provide ongoing post-implementation support to schools, ensuring optimal platform usage and sustained engagement. - Track adoption metrics, collect feedback, and implement improvement strategies to enhance user experience and product effectiveness. - Conduct workshops and develop training resources to promote best practices in using EdTech tools effectively.Required Qualifications- Graduate degree (Education & Training industry experience preferred). - 2–5 years of experience in product training, user adoption, customer success, or implementation roles. - Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-focused organizations will be an added advantage.Key Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to customize training based on school and teacher needs. - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product and adoption-related challenges. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle on-ground challenges effectively. - Passion for education, technology, and enabling digital transformation in schools.Why Join Us?- Be a part of a fast-growing EdTech organization impacting learning outcomes across India. - Opportunity to work closely with schools and educators to drive meaningful change. - Collaborative work culture with continuous learning and growth opportunities.
