The position will also play a key role in building scalable asset pools for PTC issuance in collaboration with the Amplio Wealth team.We are looking for entrepreneurial, performance-driven leaders with strong regional networks, proven capabilities in deal structuring, PTC-backed products, and receivable-led financing, along with a deep understanding of credit and structured lending.Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice Discounting & Enterprise Lending- Drive origination and acquisition of enterprise and emerging enterprise clients for Invoice Discounting solutions, focusing on high-quality counterparties and receivable-led financing opportunities. - Build and scale a robust Invoice Discounting portfolio by leveraging strong regional, corporate, and channel partner networks. - Lead client coverage for CFOs, promoters, and treasury teams to position Amplio as a preferred partner for working capital and liquidity solutions. - Structure, evaluate, and execute invoice discounting transactions, including counterparty assessment, debtor profiling, tenor structuring, pricing, and risk mitigants. - Prepare and review detailed deal notes, financial models, cash flow projections, and PTC structures to assess credit viability and transaction sustainability.Amplio Wealth & PTC Distribution- Collaborate closely with the Amplio Wealth team to structure and distribute Pass Through Certificates (PTCs) and other investment products backed by invoice discounting and enterprise loan pools. - Support investor interactions, product walkthroughs, and transaction structuring to ensure alignment between asset origination and wealth distribution strategies. - Ensure seamless coordination between lending, wealth, legal, and compliance teams for the timely execution of PTC issuances.Deal Structuring & Execution- Negotiate and structure transactions in line with client requirements and Amplio’s risk and investment frameworks, including pricing, covenants, security packages, and term sheets. - Own end-to-end execution and disbursement, covering documentation, legal and financial due diligence, escrow account operationalisation, and charge creation/sharing with lenders. - Monitor portfolio performance, receivable cycles, and early warning indicators to maintain asset quality.Strategic Growth & Leadership- Identify new growth clusters, industries, anchor corporates, and distribution opportunities for invoice discounting and wealth-linked products. - Work closely with senior leadership to design scalable products, improve turnaround time, and enhance investor and client experience. - Contribute to building a high-performance, process-driven culture with strong governance and customer focus.Key Qualifications & Skills- Education: CA or MBA (Finance) from Tier I / Tier II institutes. - Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with an NBFC / Financial Institution in Enterprise or Emerging Enterprise Lending. - Strong exposure to sectors such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Power, and Project Finance. - Hands-on understanding of client coverage, credit assessment, and financial modelling. - Experience with bespoke financing structures, including: - Working Capital - Capex Financing - Acquisition Financing - Leasing and Structured Credit Solutions - Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and client engagement skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.Why Join Amplio Invest- Opportunity to build and scale a high-impact enterprise lending franchise. - Exposure to complex, high-value structured transactions. - Entrepreneurial work culture with strong leadership access. - Rapid growth, learning, and career progression opportunities.Amplio Invest is an equal opportunity employer and values integrity, ownership, and excellence in everything we do.
