Role : Certification & ComplianceDepartment : R&DLocation : GurgaonExperience : 2-4 YearQualification : Bachelor Degree in ECE/EERoles and Responsibility of the Candidature:- Foundational understanding of Electrical systems and applicable Safety principles - Working knowledge of IEC, EN, and UL certification frameworks and associated approval processes - Familiarity with global and regional regulatory schemes, including ARAI, CE, UKCA, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, and related compliance requirements - Awareness of EV charging standards (IEC 61851, AIS 138, IEC 62196, IEC 60068, relevant UL standards) considered a strong advantage - Basic understanding of EMI/EMC principles and electrical safety testing methodologies - Experience interfacing with Notified Bodies, NRTLs, accredited test laboratories, and certification agencies - Coordination of product testing, technical documentation submissions, and technical file reviews - Management of certification schedules to ensure alignment with product development milestones and launch timelines - Oversight of test reports, laboratory reports, and supporting documentation generated from testing and research activities - Maintenance of compliance records, certification databases, and regulatory documentation - Close collaboration with R&D and hardware/software engineering teams to embed regulatory compliance into product design - Provision of regulatory and compliance guidance throughout product development and formal design review stages
