Founded by NIMHANS alumni, the organisation integrates Psychiatric & therapeutic services, advanced professional training, and research-oriented work.Role OverviewThe Clinical Services Coordinator supports the smooth functioning of clinical services and training programs by centralising communication, coordinating schedules, and maintaining operational systems. This role works closely under the guidance of the Founder and consulting clinicians, handling structured, sensitive communication and operational tasks using clearly defined protocols. The role requires discretion, emotional steadiness, and strong organisational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client communication using established guidelines and templates Support appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and calendar management Assist with client inquiries and follow-up coordination Support administrative coordination of training programs and workshops Maintain organised records, trackers, and basic billing documentation Escalate complex or clinically sensitive issues to the FounderRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree inPsychology/health administration/ background in operational management Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms) Ability to handle confidential and emotionally sensitive information Organised, reliable, and open to learningCompensationCompensation will be discussed during the initial screening process and will be based on skills, experience, and role fit.Who Should ApplyPsychology graduates interested in clinical systems, care coordination, and learning how specialised mental health services function behind the scenes.Who Should NOT ApplyThose seeking independent clinical/therapy roles, managerial authority, or unstructured work environments.
