About the RoleSilver Consumer Electricals Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join its Accounts & Finance team at a leadership level. The role involves end-to-end financial management, statutory compliance, team leadership, and strategic financial support to business leadership.Initial 6 months Posting would be in Rajkot ( Accoomodation would be provided by Company)Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete accounting cycle including month-end and year-end closure - Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence - Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management MIS reports - Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team - Provide financial analysis, insights, and reports to senior managementRequired Qualifications & Experience- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP systems - Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCompensationSalary: No bar for the right candidate
