The position focuses on B2B sales, customer development, and revenue generation from recycled polymer products.This is strictly not an entry-level role. Freshers are not eligible.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop new customers and business opportunities for recycled polymer products. Handle customer inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales. Prepare quotations, offers, and commercial proposals. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain regular follow-ups with buyers and suppliers. Coordinate internally with procurement and logistics teams. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Ensure timely payment collections from customers. Update and manage all customer interactions in the company CRM system.REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Practical knowledge of recycled polymers and plastic raw materials. Understanding of polymer grades and applications. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in B2B sales and customer handling. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software usage. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Organized approach toward sales reporting and follow-ups.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (STRICTLY MANDATORY) Experience: Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years only.
