Department: Admissions / Inside SalesIndustry: EdTech / Analytics EducationExperience: 1–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time (Onsite)Location: Kukatpally, HyderabadRole OverviewBoston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is looking for highly driven, target-oriented AdmissionsCounsellors who can convert high-intent leads into successful enrolments through structuredcounselling, strong analytics industry knowledge, and disciplined sales execution.Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, graduates, and workingprofessionals.• Understand candidates’ academic background, professional experience, and career aspirations.• Conduct structured counselling sessions explaining BIA programs, curriculum, tools covered,duration, delivery format, and certifications.• Clearly communicate analytics career paths including Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BIDeveloper, and Analytics Consultant.• Educate learners on industry demand, job market trends, salary benchmarks, and program ROI.• Handle objections related to pricing, learning curve, time commitment, and career transition.• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maximise conversions and minimise lead leakage.• Own the complete admission lifecycle from first interaction to fee payment and enrolmentconfirmation.• Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM updates after every interaction.• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment and revenue targets.• Adhere strictly to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and process guidelines.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Daily calls: 60–100• Qualified counselling conversations per day: 15–20• Monthly enrolments closed• Monthly revenue contribution• Lead-to-enrolment conversion ratio• Follow-up compliance rateRequired Skills & Experience• 1–6 years of experience in Admissions Counselling / Inside Sales / Education Sales.• Prior exposure to EdTech, analytics, or professional education preferred.• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.• Basic understanding of analytics concepts and career roles (or willingness to learn).• Highly target-driven with an ethical, learner-first approach.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.What BIA Offers• Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.• Clear growth and leadership opportunities for consistent performers.• Exposure to analytics and data-driven education ecosystem.• High-performance, learning-oriented work culture.Why Join Us?At the Boston Institute of Analytics, you’ll be part of a fastest growing education brand that’s shaping the future of analytics education across the globe.
