Collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization is an essential part of this role.Qualifications- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes - Proficiency in Quality Auditing and Quality Management practices - Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills - In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field - Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Auditor Certification, or similar credentials are advantageous - Proven experience in quality management roles, ideally in a manufacturing or technology setting
