The purpose of this role is to lead and manage landscape design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhances the quality of life for occupants and meets project goals.Roles and Responsibilities :Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments Guiding the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Client and stakeholder management Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals Organising and directing junior team members in the design of assigned projects. Demonstrating an expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques, BoM's Conceptual Design and Comprehensive landscape master plans and proposals Detailed Construction Documentation Project Reports and presentations Effective resolution of any design-related issues that arise during landscape execution - RFI's and Site InstructionsQualifications :Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and local regulations. In depth knowledge about planting species and planting design for landscape spaces of varying scales
