Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team that includes Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will have experience in HRMS, SaaS, or B2B software sales and a strong ability to drive revenue through outbound sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and motivating a high-performing inside sales team selling SaaS HRMS products. - Coach sales reps on product knowledge, consultative selling, and effective communication to increase conversion rates. - Monitor and enforce daily and weekly activity metrics including: - Number of Inbound / outbound calls and dials per rep - Quality and duration of calls - Follow-up activities and engagement with prospects - Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline by ensuring timely updates and progression of leads in the CRM. - Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead qualification and handoff processes. - Analyze pipeline data and sales activity metrics to identify gaps and coach reps on improvement areas. - Manage escalations and support complex negotiations with prospective clients. - Drive process improvements to enhance sales workflows, call efficiency, and pipeline velocity. - Lead regular team meetings and training sessions focused on metrics, best practices, and SaaS HRMS product updates. - Assist with sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in SaaS inside sales, preferably within HRMS or enterprise software, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role. - Proven track record of managing and meeting call, dial, and pipeline activity metrics. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. - Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. - Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities to monitor and improve sales performance. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
