This is acore product rolewhere you will define how our productthinks, speaks, plans, and acts .What You’ll BuildYou will own BON’s entire AI layer end-to-end, including:Agentic Systems Design and implement multi-step AI agents for: Debt reduction planning Goal tracking Behavioral nudging Financial reasoning Build long-term memory and user state systems Agent orchestration, tool calling, and planning workflows Architect AI systems that can reason, act, and improve over timeConversational AI (Text + Voice) Multi-turn, long-lived conversations with memory Context management across sessions Calm, human, trustworthy tone Voice agentsthat: Sound natural Handle interruptions Guide users step-by-step Maintain conversational stateRAG + Financial Intelligence Layer Build RAG pipelines over: User financial data Credit reports Card rules and APR logic Internal heuristics Design embedding, ranking, and retrieval strategies Hybrid semantic + symbolic search⚙️ Production LLM Systems LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Tool/function calling Cost, latency, and reliability optimization Monitoring hallucinations, drift, failures Prompt versioning and evaluation pipelines️ Safety, Compliance & Trust Guardrails for fintech use-cases Safe financial advice boundaries Failure handling and policy alignment✅ Must-Have Qualifications Graduate from a top-tier engineering or computer science school At least 2 years of experience working at an AI-first startup or AI product company Hands-on experience buildingreal GenAI products(not demos) Strong understanding of: LLM behavior in production, Prompt design, system prompts, tool calling, Context management, and memory Strong experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph Deep familiarity withagentic systems and multi-agent workflows Experience with: RAG pipelines, Embeddings & similarity search, Solid ML fundamentals, Experience deploying LLMs into production, Strong grasp of LLMOps: logging, monitoring, evaluation, Ability to reason about cost, latency, and trade-offs⭐ Big Plus If You HaveVoice AI experience (STT/TTS, conversational voice agents) AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks Fine-tuning / model adaptation experience Fintech or regulated-domain experienceWho You AreYou care about shipping products, not just models You think in systems, not scripts You obsess over UX, tone, and reliability You’re comfortable with ambiguity You move fast and take ownership You can explain AI behavior to non-technical teammates You understand business impact, not just technical elegance️ Indicative Tech Stack Python / Node OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / Llama APIs LangChain / LangGraph Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) Postgres / Redis Speech APIs (Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, etc.)Why This Role Is SpecialYou’ll define the AI brain of BON CREDIT You’ll ship to real users from week one You’ll shape product direction You’ll build one of the first truly agentic fintech AIs Massive ownership + learning curveApply using LinkedIn only.
