Coordinate repairs, calibration, and performance optimization. Maintain and update SOPs every 6 monthsTools, Consumables & Procurement & Inventory ManagementMaintain standard maintenance toolkit and inventory, of the lab.Track R&M bills and support budgeting/procurement (PR/PO) & Manage consumables and spare parts.Training & WorkshopsTrain RIIDL trainers and students. Conduct student workshops (annual) and school workshops (one-day).Mentor Fab Academy, PBL, SSD, RDS and engineering students.Startup SupportProvide technical help to startups. Assist in prototyping and product development for Preincubation.
