The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilties -- Engage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs. - Manage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure. - Conduct structured telephonic/virtual counselling sessions with prospective learners. - Maintain accurate data and track interactions on CRM. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets. - Build strong product knowledge across all IIM/IIT Executive Education offerings. - Coordinate with internal program, marketing, and operations teams for smooth candidate experience.Required Skills & Experience -- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Executive Education / EdTech. - Strong background in selling Executive programs for working professionals. - Proven experience in inside sales + academic counselling. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage a long consultative sales cycle. - Target-driven with strong negotiation and closure capabilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
