Backed by leading global and Indian investors, Aerem is building the infrastructure powering India’s clean energy transition.THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a fast-track leadership role.You will begin with a 2-month immersive traineeship at Aerem’s Mumbai HQ, working closely with senior leadership to understand the solar, fintech, and marketplace ecosystem. Post successful completion, you will be placed as a Zonal Head – Business Development, owning growth for a key region.WHAT YOU’LL DO (AS ZONAL HEAD)- Drive business growth and revenue for your assigned zone - Build and manage EPC, installer, and channel partner ecosystems - Own regional execution in collaboration with credit and operations teams - Represent Aerem in the local solar ecosystem and scale on-ground presenceWHO SHOULD APPLY- Graduate from a premier Tier-1 engineering college (IITs / NITs / BITS or equivalent) - Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development, Growth, or Sales at a fast-scaling company (mandatory) - High ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and appetite for rapid growthCOMPENSATION & GROWTH- CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA - Monthly performance incentives (high upside) - Accelerated career growth into senior leadership roles - Direct exposure to founders and industry expertsWHY AEREM- Leadership responsibility early in your career - Work in a high-impact, fast-scaling green fintech startup - Learn from experienced operators and solar industry leaders
